Project Summary

In 2017, we started the implementation phase of the Erasmus+ project “Success factors in vocational training”. Up to date, we examined the six hypotheses from the eponymous book in the countries Italy (South Tyrol), Liechtenstein, Austria (Salzburg) and Switzerland (Zug). At four multiplier events we could present the national results to the different countries. Finally, at the closing event in Schaan we could compare the results and present the best success factors for each hypothesis.

We are astonished how multifaceted the dual vocational training is. Because of the different methods in the regions the dual system could prove itself. Due to the different economic situations respectively the general conditions for education policy there are various success factors in each region.
