A survey report as IO1
IO1: Analysis/Crosscultural study WISED; research analysis on how the selected 7 modules/transversal skills are represented in the work-field, aimed to rank them on the importance, relevance, existence of available training and trainers for women employees, etc. Survey Report as final outcome
Analysis/Crosscultural study WISED; for each partner, the group of 50 are selected as follows: 25 women employers of all range and categories (including SMEs) and 25 women trainers/teachers/administrators from the post-secondary education system, particularly VET.

IO2: WISED “Best Practices Technics”.The Toolkit contains different combined approaches and therefore three different sub-outputs; approach their current opportunity or next move with a level of urgency and diligence and to help women navigate their path in the Social Enterprise process.

– context/background of the project;
According to the Entrepreneurship Analytical report 2014 of the European Commission, only 12% of EU citizens have entrepreneurship activities and only 39% of this rate constitute women. (European Commission Entrepreneurship in the EU and beyond- Flash EB No 283 – Entrepreneurship Analytical report).
Increasing the visibility of role models for women business owners: Role models have an important role to play in inspiring women and demonstrating that entrepreneurship is a viable career option. These role models must represent the diversity of the business community, including small businesses, and be relevant to a range of sectors and businesses. WISED project giving the chances to women entering the business life through education/training.

The common problem on which all partners of WISED agree on and the rationale of the project; absence of people women can take as role-model, lack of information in absence of expert mentor to orient women, and restricted access to orientation services.
For this purpose, the main aim of all partners providing access to information and orientation servicewomen need through entrepreneurship mentor application and enter the labor market as entrepreneurs. To accomplish this goal, series of activities that are a continuation of each other have been carried out
– objectives;

– number and type/profile of participants;
Each partner carried out the activities with a team consisting at least 3 people. WISED was involved with the same aims and targets for 2 years with 6 partners, consisting of 18 people at least in total for project management.

The activities are collected in 2 Intellectual outputs and both IOs will be used to facilitate entering the business life of women and for the development of Social Enterprises managed by local and immigrant women.

IO2: WISED Best practices techniques. The Toolkit will contain 3 different combined approaches and therefore three different sub-outputs;
a. Online Web platform,
b. Training Material – Manual of WISED
c. Face-to-face Training Material
– results and impact attained;

– if relevant, longer-term benefits.
Creating mentor culture in organizations/institutions providing vocational education to adults as a result of activities, the access to orientation and information women have been provided. At the end of this implementation, the number of women who want to be entering the social enterprise labor market as entrepreneurs will increase. Therefore, this situation will affect positively the rate of women’s employability. Will Provide access to lifelong learning opportunities for all, regardless of age, including specific actions aimed at the most disadvantaged persons, those not participating in education and training, as well as migrants of facilitating the social integration.
WISED project activities are coherent with the sectoral and horizontal priorities of the EU 2020 Strategy, Erasmus+, Recommendation of The European Parliament and of The Council on key competences for lifelong learning, Key Recommendations FSB/UK, European Commission Entrepreneurship in the EU developing knowledge skills, increasing the employment, encouraging ICT based learning and increasing the quality in adult education and make a contribution to accomplish the targets specified.
