Project Summary

The project aims to build capacity of organizations from the Consortium to support inclusion of youngsters from vulnerable groups in participating countries in the community life and to support creation of community centers. The need of the project is based on the reality from rural areas in countries from Eastern Partneship and on the need of youngsters from disadvantaged regions to get integrated and to to have more opportunities. Our specific objectives are to:- To learn about inclusion of vulnerable groups, – To involve young people from rural area in community life,- To create 1 community center in the rural area in Moldova and Armenia,- To develop participant skills about inclusion,- To learn new tools about inclusion of vulnerable groups.
