Project Summary

The project is the follow-up of Glore Capacity Building. The final aim of the project is to promote recognition of Informal Education and Non Formal Education in volunteering experiences through: a- the further development of GloRe Certificate System; b- increasing the number of organisations using it.a- The development of the GloRe Certificate System will consist in improvement of the certificate framework, the re-definition of the learning process and of the online system that generates the Certificates and the creation of Distant Learning Tools for volunteers and volunteering organisations to use it.b- The increase of the GloRe Open Network members will consist in the involvement of new organisations within and beyond the partnership of this project to reach a critical mass of members able to support the recognition and visibility of the GloRe Certificate. The objectives are to:FINAL BENEFICIARYimprove the efficiency and efficacy of the support offered to IVS volunteersTo provide all IVS of GON organisations that stay for more than 3 months the possibility and the support to get GloRe CertificateINTELLECTUAL OUTPUT DEVELOPMENTto develop useful and user friendly certificate systemto develop DLTs to train new organisations willing to join GONto develop DLTs that complement and improve the quality of training and support of IVSCAPACITY BUILDING:to allow 15 new organisations to enter GON by 2020 by attending DLT modules developed and tested in the projectto train Old Partners project manager to be able to train other organisations on GCS at local and international levelto provide the competences to the staff of all partners on the use of the GCS and DLTsNETWORKING:to reinforce international partnerships and to support the cooperation between organisations with different profiles and coming from different (closed) networksto reinforce local and national partnerships of project partners with stakeholdersto increase partners’ recognition in the field of IVS and recognition as base for the future plan to reach political validation of the GCS.
