Project Summary
Increasing of the quality of education, training and work with youths, as well the combination of increased levels of high achievements and attractiveness with more opportunities for everybody, are one of the main priorities, set up in this project.The project will develop innovative products and will engage with activities for intensive occurrence and utilize of newly created products.
The project will work with youths between 14 and 19 years old, and who are forthcoming with their major life realization, based on their knowledge and gained competences and pedagogical specialists-teachers in Math, Geography, Economics and Foreign language in partner countries, who have the ambition to work for quality training in these subjects and the introduction of innovative approaches.
The project aims to create innovative intellectual products, which could find a decision and put it into a practice in following areas:
– Education–digital learning products, which can extend the knowledge of Math, Geography and Economics, as well the learning of Foreign language–English, by using sport terminology and visualization for more accessible learning process for the young people all around the world.
– Motivation of the young people, which could give them practice decisions and help them for properly, sustainably and successful growth.The project will work for increasing the tolerance, good behavior and humanity, during the educational and training process. It will propose decisions for building of self-esteem and will help youths to determinate their goals.
– By web-based on-line platform, which will consolidate digital lessons and special physical exercises and healthy lifestyle advices, selected by the professionals in the sport, the project will help to the young people to have the right education, physical activity and healthy lifestyle and growth.
The specific objectives identify the need to support the learning process by using curious, interesting and topical concepts and formulations, which could add an attractiveness to the process and impart lasting knowledge over the long term. The digital products will increase the quality and effectivity of education.
Mobility activities, meetings with youths from other countries will support their motivational development, as they will present specific techniques, knowledge and exchange of experiences and practices in a multicultural environment. It is noticed a low motivation among young people, which is stipulated by a number of factors from a modern life.
The project aims to provide the tools to overcome this uncertainty again in a modern and memorable way, which, however, will lead to long-term changes in young people’s thinking, goals and future realization.
Within the framework of the mobility the needs of the youths will be analyzed and systemized in regard with creation of web-based online platform.Testing of the created digital work products will also be carried out.
The main activity of the project is creating of new innovative intellectual products:
– Digital learning resources for Math, Geography, Economics and Foreign language. The innovativeness of this project will provoke the attention of the young people and will improve their creativity and also the assimilation of learning material which will increase the quality of the learning process. Set up performance indicator –number of created digital products-15.
– Motivation diary-it will work for building of skills and competences in the youths, for improving of learning process and physical activity by establishing of whole and proven system of comprehensive questions for achieving of particular steps in the development. Set up indicator of performance-publishing the journal and its printing;
– Web-based online platform–the purpose of the platform is implementation of harmonized system of education of Math, Geography, Economics and Foreign language and physical activity–the sport, by developing of integrated and jointly methodological process, which will provide digital lessons, video lessons, comparable, valid and reliable data for physical activities and sport among the young people. In order to multiply the results, a forum will be held with more than 150 participants for the presentation of intellectual products, which will discuss specific problems, surrounding a young people and the analyzes carried out by the youth exchange, will show the available opportunities for education and knowledge exchange .
The main impact of the implementation will be the opportunity for representatives of the direct and indirect target group to increase their knowledge, competences and qualifications through the project activities.In a long term the project implementation will have a sustainable contribution for improving of training process and the knowledge of all interested parties by developed and available products.
