Project Summary
In today’s world, youth employment problem is one of the most important problems both in developed countries and in most developing countries.The problem of COVID-19, which is a new problem for young people today, has created bigger problems in the employment of participating young people.Due to the fact that the young people we will include with our project live in the province of Hatay and the province of Hatay is border with Syria,due to the war that Syria has experienced in recent years, they are experiencing the universal problem of employment more deeply.With COVID-19, both the Border issue and a new and Global issue, it worsened the employment problem of young people.We will also teach the corporate culture and value to young people who have employment problems due to these global difficulties that young people experience.
Because; Young people are naturally inexperienced in institutional value and culture after their education life.Therefore, employers do not employ young people whom they think of inexperienced when they want to provide employment.Employers employ experienced and specialized people.This poses a major obstacle for youth employment.The reason for this is that they think that employing young workers who have not gained experience in the institution is an economic problem for employers.They think that employing young and inexperienced workers for employers creates more financial damage than benefit for an institution.
Therefore, with this project,in the center of gaining experience for youth employment;
-In this center, we will teach the institution, establishment value and culture.
-We will bring young people together with the employer committee, managers, institutions and organizations we will create.
-What is the Institution and Organization that is important for youth employment?
-What are the expectations of employers and managers from young people?
-How should there be harmony between young employees and managers?
-What are the employers’ expectations from the youth about experience?
In this way, young people will learn everything that creates obstacles in employment.In addition, symposiums will be held with the project in the form of questions and answers. In these symposiums, employers and managers will listen to the demands, expectations and problems of young people who are waiting for employment and find solutions.They will explain their expectations and wishes about employment in young people.Institutions and organizations, which are another participant, will provide higher quality, more conscious youth employment.
Education will be given to young people that are important in their employment;

In addition, in the e-Learning and information environment we will establish with the project;An information and learning environment will be provided to young people who want employment.In this environment, the participation of Institutions, employers and young people will be ensured.Thus, even if the project activities are completed, the sharing of both young people with employers and institutions will continue.Most importantly, we will share it with future generations in terms of the sustainability of our project.
As an institution, we care about youth and youth work. Because we know today’s youth is tomorrow’s strong society.We also care about the sustainability of our project; Because today’s small is the future of tomorrow.
