The basis for writing this application is the lasting impact that coronavirus will leave on the way we work and live together. The pandemic has forced many of us to stay at homes, modify their both private and professional plans. The danger of being contaminated has also affected the way of teaching and switched it to online and blended learning/teaching. This situation resulted in sudden and unexpected need for using specific, digital tools. What is more, a lot of foreign mobilities has been stopped due to hazardous conditions.
The aim of this project is to support digital education readiness projects in school education. This project will aim to enhance online, distance and blended learning – including supporting teachers and trainers, as well as safeguarding the inclusive nature of digital learning opportunities.
In order to fulfill the objectives a partnership has been created consisting of 4 schools and 2 organisations providing education.
– EnsoEU is work experience & training provider, which specialises in project & partnership consulting, logistics and delivery in European Union.
– Innovation Frontiers IKE (Athens, Greece) is an innovative educational technology & research company whose main target is to develop new educational approaches through working in close cooperation with educational institutions.
– Maria Skłodowska-Curie school is a secondary school in Ostrzeszów, Poland. The school educates students aged between 15 and 19 in various types of classes, such as Biological class, Human Arts class and Mathematical class.
– Scoala Gimnaziala Nr1 Vladesti Arges ( Vladesti, Romania) is a rural school, with 3 types of levels: preschool, primary, secondary, with students from 3 to 14 years old. About 25% of students are Roma students in all levels.
– Colégio Claret , Instituto de Educação CIC (Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal) is a private school of basic, secondary and vocational education. In the current school year – it has 38 teachers, 34 non-teaching staff and around 500 students.
– Manavgat Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi is a high school located in Manavgat in Turkey. The students are aged between 14 and 18 who have to take a matriculation exam before coming to our school.
The representatives of the schools are going to exchange their experience concerning online teaching and exchange of good practices in order to provide fresh methods to other partners. On the other hand, the representatives of education companies are going to provide the rest of partners with their knowledge, training sessions and experience connected with ICT and robotics. In this way all partners will take advantage of one another experience and knowledge.
The objectives of this partnership are to:
– equip education and training systems to face the challenges presented by online and distance learning, helping teachers to develop digital skills and preserving the inclusive nature of learning opportunities;
– strengthen the capacity of education and training institutions to provide high quality and inclusive digital education;
– build capacity to implement online, blended and distance teaching and learning;

– foster the networking of institutions across the EU, the sharing of resources and expertise, and the collaboration with digital technology,
– get to know and bring into force the latest technological appliances to allow students find themselves in the technologically-oriented world after pandemic.
The planned activities include:
Three Transnational Project Meetings hosted by Turkey, Portugal and Romania to maintain the implementation of the project, exchanging partners’ experience connected with distant teaching, plan training sessions.
Two short-term joint staff training events will take place in the headquarters of educational organisations, experienced training providers. Both of the Learning, Teaching or Training activities have been planned to make the participants aware of the fact, that even the latest technological achievements (robotics, VR, AR) can be successfully used to perform or at least stand for educational process. What is more, the usage of such digital appliances will definitely support our students and give them opportunity to find themselves easily in modern, technically-oriented world after the pandemic.
Above mentioned results are going to be gained by the means of:
– presenting the ways and methods of online teaching developed during lockdown (during TPMs)
