Project Summary

The current context is the global economy affected by the migration crisis, the medical crisis and the globalization of the labor market. The “I Need to be Socially Integrated” project is aimed at unemployed adults and young people in risky situations who do not have a job.
It will be worked in a consortium of 5 private, non-profit organizations, oriented towards education and training of young people, adults, staff from companies.
The project complies with the general objectives of the Erasmus + Program, according to the Europe 2020 Strategy, including the main objective in the field of adult education and contributes to the achievement of the objectives for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth.

The target group is made up of unemployed adults and young people (18-24 years old) with poor education, immigrants, people with disabilities. The consortium consists of 5 organizations from Romania, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Greece, private organizations dealing with education and training programs for adults and young people.
For all organizations, this project is a challenge, it is complementary to their activities, and even innovative, through the complex issues addressed, through the final products realized in partnership regarding the education and training of the target group at risk.

The general objective: to help socially disadvantaged adults and young people with special needs to identify employment opportunities.
The target group will be taught to capitalize on its educational resources, to develop its key competences absolutely necessary on the European labor market: digitization, language skills, personal development.

Specific objectives:
1. development of IT usage skills
2. developing personal marketing skills
3. development of communication skills in mother tongue and elementary English.
The methodological approach will be directed to diminish the impact of the target group with the geographical and socio-economic differences (migrants) in order to improve the communication skills, personal development in order to increase the chances of social insertion.
The projected activities will lead to the fulfillment of the specific objectives. And the finality of the activities will be materialized by 4 Intellectual Outputs:
O1- online platform with jobs
O2- personal development curriculum
O3 – English technical learning curriculum for Internet browsing
O4- elementary IT curriculum
This will create open educational resources: textbooks, training programs, adapted to the real needs of the labor market. They will be linked by collaboration and partnerships with public and private institutions, local authorities, non-profit organizations.

The organizations in the consortium will mobilize, will carry out a strategic planning creating synergy between non-formal education- and the practical activity in the field of work. The target group will benefit from interactive training activities and practical activities with specialists of the economic agents. They will present the specifics of the work in the company, which are the working conditions and the remuneration.

O1 is a dynamic and efficient modern tool for people at risk of finding a job. They have poor professional training and linguistics. That is why we first set out to offer them the tools needed to find a job on the online platform.
The INSI project contributes to the strengthening of cooperation with educational partners from other countries in the field of education of young people and adults at risk.
Increases the quality of adult education for a modern, competitive and dynamic labor market.
The expected impact will be on a personal level for the target group:
– improvement of social, linguistic and digital skills that will allow them easy access to the European labor market.
– use of the O1 Platform online, to find the job according to the qualification and professional training
For the organization:
– increases the quality of the project team by accessing European information related to international training methods in the field of adult and youth education
– the active role of participation in the company’s problems
– good understanding of the connections between formal education and the labor market.
– a close collaboration between training centers, community through its institutions and economic agents for solving a social problem: unemployment.
In the long term we can appreciate that the benefit of this project consists in the development of a modern and coherent methodology of formation of the target group, made up of people with many social needs, both young and adults.
The major problem worldwide is young people without a job with poor education or even education. The activity of the partnership was materialized with that online platform with jobs. It can be accessed by all those interested.
It will be completed after the completion of the project, thus being useful to those interested in a job on the European labor market.
