Project Summary

The project builds on the success and results of an earlier Erasmus + project of the partner schools and its work and is intended to develop it further and add other important aspects. Of the 5 participating partner schools, 2 have been added. All schools were involved in the pre-selection of the topic.
While the focus of the previous project was on digitalisation and digital media, the use of key competences that enable children to make good decisions in life for a healthy and happy lifestyle with all its components is now to be examined. Because the fast pace and omnipresence and long-term availability through the media also includes dangers for a healthy lifestyle, even in childhood.
The project is intended to examine what we need for a healthy lifestyle – especially in our fast-moving time with all the (social) media that accompany us and the children for almost 24 hours.
Here, healthy means: all aspects of what it means to be human.
This includes subjects such as:
* Physical health – including foods and sports
* Mental health – including emotional intelligence
* Resilience and relaxation as part of a healthy lifestyle in work and at home
* Be a good and responsible citizen and part of the community – including all aspects of inclusion and acceptance of our similarities and differences and inclusive
traditional stories and customs that make us who we are.
* Help to design school and living spaces
* Sustainable and resource-saving work and (school) life
* human values like: Solidarity; Accept similarities and differences, acceptance of diversity and integration of all
* Knowledge of new technologies and social networks with their dangers

The various activities in the project enable students, teachers and parents and thus the entire school community to identify directly and indirectly with the project. Each of the sub-areas of the project affects everybody involved in the school every day and thus involves the entire school community. The dissemination of information and results during and after each activity via the Project homepage or social media expands and deepens the effects of the project beyond the people directly involved.
Each of the training, teaching and learning activities has a topic that is directly linked to our main goals and main topic. Other activities and lessons, that will grow out of it at the schools in the meantime, will improve and develop the learning of the topic for everyone.
All of this creates coherence in the project and enables its further development.
Each partner school brings its knowledge and its (country) specific concepts and guidelines with it. This way you can compare with others and integrate new ideas into existing concepts, as well as take new ideas for teaching projects with you that can be implemented immediately or later.

At the end of the project we expect:
– for each student and teacher a better awareness of what constitutes healthy living and what elements make it up
– Your own responsibility and effectiveness to implement and improve them
– Concrete ideas on how everyone can do this
– More sustainable and resource-saving life and work in school and leisure
– Knowledge for relaxation
– Ideas for avoiding bullying etc. through social media and strengthening the (class / school) community;
– Strengthening everyone’s participation and participation, e.g. Student parliaments
-Awareness of similarities and differences – and how to live well and contentedly and thus healthily.
The long-term benefits of this project are numerous. All the results above and the effects are long-term gains for school, teaching and school concept work. By involving as many pupils and teachers and parents as possible, all changes that are made in the light of this project become long-term components of school life.
