Project Summary
4C project is a project focuses on cooperation and exchange of good practices between schools.The main goal of the project is to promote 4Cs (Critical thinking, Creativity, Collaboration and Communication) in classrooms by blending the 21st century skills and project based learning. Our aim is to create fun, engaging, immersed and experimental learning activities for pairs, groups and individual in multi-disciplinar way to reinforce the curriculum. We will increase peer collaboration (classroom and international), learning motivation, conflict resolution and creative thinking. Through collaborative experiences pupils and teachers will learn planning collectively, working towards a common goal, recognizing and navigating individual differences in skills, abilities and attitudes.Students will get familiar with various web 2.0 tools and digital media.Likewise, we will encourage teachers to use new technologies in their classrooms and make our students digital citizens of the 21st century that are equipped with these 4 basic skills in an innovative approach.ICT can transform teaching and learning, and can greatly change the way students learn and the way teachers teach. This project aims to provide teachers with a variety of first-hand ICT experiences of how the selected technology can be used in the classroom in order to improve teaching and learning.Another goal is to promote comprehensive approach to language teaching and learning along with communication in a foreign language with use of English in various European schools and cultures, and thus to enrich the learning processes in schools
Additionally, both teachers and pupils will gain the skills of problem-solving, research practices, creativity, artistry, curiosity, imagination, innovation, personal expression, planning, self-discipline, adaptability, initiative, leadership.Our key objective will be to make our pupils actively involved in the activities that engage their hearts and minds and provide real world relevance for learning. By doing so, they will develop and nurture these skills and get ready for the fast changing world beyond school
4C project will also enhance social inclusion and good citizenship.Individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds will benefit most from the activities. Being located in a rural areas almost all partner schools have such students with weak expectations for the future and disinterest in the school, we hope that this project will open horizons in our students and the surrounding community, by knowing other social and educational realities, besides collaborating with other students and teachers.Gaining critical thinking skills will make students resistant to xenophobia

The methods, going to lead to the achievement of the project’s objectives, will be:Project based learning, discovering learning, classroom discussions, cooperative learning, hand-on learning, on-site investigations, case studies, computational and online learning.
The main tool for communication between partners will be Twinspace chats, e-mails, video conferences, public blog, Skype and other messengers.
During the project life cycle, 3 short-term staff training events and 3 short-term exchange of pupils are planned.To reach the aims of the project, a variety of activities will be scheduled.Before the exchanges, students will take part in chat sessions on Twinspace then after the exchanges, they will share their experiences on Twinspace.Also, before, during and after the exchanges, all partner schools will work collaboratively on eTwinning.A comprehensive assessment of the project will be carried out at each international meeting. Satisfaction surveys to be used by the coordinator will be made by the participants

Local communities will be reached by a concrete dissemination activity based on specific actions the partnership will perform (distribution of the outcomes to schools and libraries in town, invitations to exhibitions and meetings)
Inside the organisation, the project results will be introduced to teachers and parents’ council.The dissemination strategy is designed to reach schools and educational institutions, cultural organizations, local and regional public bodies, curriculum developers, communities of end-users
