Project Summary
<< Background >>
Representatives of the 5 partners met for the first time in Santiago de Compostella in a contact seminar. During the seminar we developed the idea of this project, adressing the needs of volunteers involved in museumwork ánd the needs of museums to be accesible for people with a distance to the labour market.
<< Objectives >>
We wanted to achieve that the partners shared good practices and experiences with volunteers and use this practices in our own organisations.
<< Implementation >>
As planned we organised 5 LTTA events to get to know each others organisations, the volunteers, the experiences and policies in the partner organisations as well as in museums or organisations like that.
<< Results >>
The outputs of the project are gathered in our “greenbook”, a dynamic document with all kinds of observations, documents etc.
