Project Summary
In the HELP project we want to raise awareness among young people about climate change (in particular the preservation of the oceans and the management of water reserves) and get them involved in sustainable development.
To do this, we will use an interdisciplinary approach combining modern technology, science, literature and the arts.
Using data from satellites (images, animal tracking, climate data, etc.) we will show our students that our planet is in danger.
Then they will look for what has already been done and what is being considered in the world, whether scientifically, artistically or literary, to limit the damage.
Based on this observation, we will propose to them to develop their own materials to raise the awareness of other pupils: these will be linked to the arts or literature (plays, manifestos, artistic photographs, etc.) to make their commitment as citizens fun and attractive in a cross-disciplinary and interdisciplinary work.
The HELP project adds a European component that will show pupils that saving our planet concerns everyone and can only be effective through general collaboration.
