Project Summary

The purpose of this project is to improve the competence of the professionals of the care and the social work in activities of social integration and rehabilitation to the ordinary world of people presenting crippling pathologies.
It is a question of sharing methodologies “of the including education” already experimented by some partners. For example, this question is envisaged in Italy for a long time and at the same time institutional but also local answers are brought to it. They take the form of methodologies centered on “the proof”, a more active and effective cooperation between the various specialized partners: social workers, doctors, looking staff, educators, professors, guardians et cetera).
The exchanges of practices which made the proof of their efficiency (or not) are the object of this project which will allow the partners to define a model of intervention arranged to share with the actors of the social inclusion.
The people who will make the mobilities in the partner countries are social workers. They will be brought to share in real situation in establishments welcoming expanding people of handicap, the modalities of coverage of the latter. The objective is good to know and to understand the existing social devices of inclusion in every country, “to exercise” them in situ, to estimate then the methods, the steps and the most appropriate tools in the problem of the social inclusion.
This project gathers 4 partners:
Italian Partner: Consorzio SGS is a non-profit associative structure which provides medical care and social supports in hospitals, retirement homes, reception centers of day and in-home services, for all the public, in the region of Abruzes, Veneto, Basilicata and Emilia Romagna.
It developed his own model of intervention by introducing the coaching into the educational routes of the professionals occurring with disabled people, mainly families and minors. This model begins with a work with a network widened to involve all the actors in the project of inclusion and proposes routes personalized with shared objectives.
Turkish partner: the direction of the public health of Istanbul is a government agency created in 2012. It represents the Ministry of Health and works under her supervision.It is responsible for health services of the city. It is established by 21 branches and by 12 units. 900 people are used by this direction but it also oversees the work of 39 health centers, 33 centers for women, teenagers and children, of 27 centers of fight against the tuberculosis, 20 care centers to the migrants, of 5 laboratories, 39 care centers at home … It is a little the equivalent of the AP-HP in Paris region.
Within the framework of this project, the Turkish partner brings his experience of the support psychology social of the patients at home and, in association with the hospital and the municipality of Uskudar, that of the development of cultural activities allowing to facilitate the rehabilitation in social life for the disabled people and their families. Psychologists organize groups of word with families and people handicaped to warn “burn out” and improve the social integration.
Spanish partner: Kairos is a co-operative of social initiative which aims at the education and at the insertion, in the region of Aragon. This private structure (association of social integration) non-profit is under protection of the public administration. It was created by partners gathered by their work experience in the field of the social education and in the field of the development of social projects in the direction of the minors, the disabled people, in the direction of the insertion, in the direction of the employment and in the direction of the new technologies. Kairos consists of 70 professionals, 30 volunteers and 2000 people who work their project.
Kairos brings to the project his knowledge of the disabled people and his experience in the implementation of projects of autonomy in the work and the everyday life (accommodation, etc.)
French Partner: Greta MTI 77 is a public grouping of schools realizing of adults’ training. He depends on the Ministry of Education. It is up to the national network of Greta. The Greta de Seine et Marne has 3 professionals’ training centers of the social sector. As such, he(it) is committed in the training of the local actors of the social sector.
The Greta MTI 77 pilots this project and proposes his organizational skills but also those that his trainers developed in professionals’ training of the support of the disabled people. The Greta MTI77 works with multiple professionals of associative and private services who welcome and assure the practical training of these future professionals. This project will allow to create a collaborative dynamics to allow all to benefit from experiences made a success in the partner countries and to share with our partners our own devices).
