Project Summary

EUROPEAN PROJECT: EUROPEAN SCHOOL was an initiative of 16 months for cooperation and the strategic partnership of multi-sectoral entities from Norway, Italy, Lithuania, Spain, United Kingdom and Portugal. It was a project of nature trasnversal involving educational organizations, associations of youth, a company of placement of Norway as well as other entities strongly linked to the promotion of young entrepreneurship. The main objective of the promotion of young employability in the European Union. The project, was based on the development of competencies, skills, and abilities related to entrepreneurship as son:habilidad management – leadership – decision making – communication skills: speech, expressiveness, negotiation multilingualism: business English networking – international teamwork marketing – branding – international human resources management market positioning: e-commerce-incubation company/business plan: monitoring and support to achieve the initial goal, a series of virtual and physical mobility activities on which hinged the project were planned. Firstly, the activity was launched through a seminar on entrepreneurship which was held in Santiago and that combined the exchange of good practice with study visits to young entrepreneurs and the debate on the business of a European School of entrepreneurship. This initiative was carried out in parallel to the school year (8 months) and trained young people from 6 countries simultaneously through a methodology of non-formal and informal learning. Promoted creativity, the maximization of individual skills, teamwork and the approach of real situations that will be no doubt that confront in their companies. Through ICT, masterclass, meetings with entrepreneurs and technicians of human resources, as well as meetings with leaders of other social spheres such as trade unions, responsible for political, entrepreneurs associations or chambers of Commerce. One was mainly the intellectual results: creation of a study on entrepreneurship in Europe, the results will come from the three visits of study that will be facilitators, technicians and professionals from FESAN Norway, Lithuania and Italy. Estimated that more than 300 young people is assignee of the activities of the school, participating in a project that is innovative and adapted to today’s job market. Equally, the project provided much peer learning and focused on the problem of unemployment through a strategic partnership of intersectoral. For the dissemination and exploitation of results we evaluate the operational capability of the entities, with much experience in European programs and very strong apparatus in social networks. We publish the intellectual results and be made available to other European entities free access and modification.
