Project Summary

The implementation of such a project of exchange of good practices within the framework of international cooperation was the first such experience for both organisations. Leaders of both organizations and the people working in it, responsible for carrying out numerous activities and programs for and with youth, have refreshed the previous, several-year formula of functioning through:
– a look at the methods used by the partner;
– taking advantage of these solutions and models for which specific actions have been planned for some time: the Lithuanian side has seen for a long time the need and necessity to address the issues of youth media and effective support for youth leaders of a student age; while the applicant, thanks to the implementation of the project Academy of Leaders of the Republic of Poland, saw the need to undertake actions for the benefit of youth and youth leaders from small towns and rural communities.
Two international exchanges and three project meetings took place within the framework of the project. The Club of the Leader of the Republic of Poland was established. The competition in the Koncept was announced and resolved. A summary of the project, which appeared in the academic magazine Koncept, was created.
