Project Summary

Entrepreneurship Hub is a multi-measure initiative involving 6 youth organisations from EU and EaP . It consists of 14 capacity building activities (kick off meeting, 6 national research, Creative Hackathon and 6 dissemination local events) and 2 mobilities (Training Course to develop NFE Tools and board games and Seminar to share, value and extend the outcomes). It was developed to promote greater quality within the Entrepreneurial education by developing innovative tools based on the interests of young people and addressing the skills demands and global tendencies. To achieve the goal, the partnership intends to implement the following objectives: – Raise awareness and find ways to make the entrepreneurial learning innovative, creative and attractive to young people. – Identify best practices alongside the needs and challenges linked to entrepreneurial education in participating countries (through conducting 6 National Researches)- Develop Non Formal education tools and board games to be used in any education system and adapted to local situations and needs. – Develop 10 online tools and gamification of entrepreneurial learning through software creation – Promote the use of NFE methods, board games and eLearning tools.Project at a Glance: The initiative will start with a Kick of meeting were details and responsibilities will be discussed and shared among promoters. The meeting will be followed by a national Entrepreneurship Education Research in order to analyse the quality and impact of the entrepreneurship education in participating countries and its relation to learners, education systems and employees. This way we will be able to ensure that the tools to be developed as part of the project correspond with the needs highlighted in the research and are up to date. Next, during the Training Course, experienced youth workers and trainers will utilise the research data to develop innovative and creative tools and board games linked to the entrepreneurial education. Following the TC, a 3 days Creative Hackathon will offer a platform to the attendees to develop e-learning tools for entrepreneurial education. To disseminate and test all the tools developed, partners will implement 6 capacity building activities (one in each of the participating countries). These will engage youth workers, trainers and educators as the main targets. Finally, the project will end with a Seminar aimed at sharing the experience, therefore, strengthening the good results achieved, valuing the deliverables and assessing the actual extent of the project outcomes. The E-learning platform will be updated with relevant information, resources, tools and networking opportunities, making entrepreneurship education more available to young people by connecting the learners with entrepreneurs and the labour market.
