Project Summary

The project implementation was influenced by the Covid pandemic. Because of this the project suffered changes in terms of duration of implementation and specific target groups involved in the project. Initial period of the implementation, from 1st of February 2019 till 30th of June 2020 was extended with the permission of the National Agency till 31st of August 2021.
The specific objectives of the project were achieved as followed:
Specific objective 1. Developing a network of small youth NGO from rural area working with youth at risk in order to create and adapt methodology for
this specific group during 17 months of the project. The intial objective was modified, by extending the project with 14 months.
2. Increase the competencies in planning and assessment of 12 youth workers working in rural areas in Romania, Spain and Poland during 3 staff
training events and follow-up activities; The intial objective was modified by increasing the number of youth workers involved in the project with 10. The number of the youth workers involved in these activities is increased as the partners had to select different youth workers for the training courses as the intial group selected was not available for all 3 learning activities. The youth workers selected are involved in the activities implemented by the partners as full-time/part-time youth workers or specialized trainers involved in different activities and projects.
3. Empower 27 youth from Romania, Spain and Poland, age 16-22 facing NEET’s conditions and 3 group leaders, by training them to plan personal development and to be more active in their communities. During the implementation the project manage to empower 25 youth from Romania, Spain and Poland, age 14-22 facing fewer opportunities by training them to plan personal development and to be more active in their communities. The objective was adjusted by reducing the number of Romanian participants from 9 to 5, increasing the number of Spanish participants from 9 to 11 and modify the age group of the participants. The pandemic conditions, influenced the partners’s posibility to extend the selection of the participants and limited the options to identify youth facing NEET conditions.
4. Empower 144 youth from rural areas from Romania, Spain and Poland, facing NEET’s conditions by training them how to plan personal development.
