Project Summary

„Leadership +“ is Training course about leadership which is going to take place in the Serbia, between 10-17th October 2015 and bring together 41 youth workers, youth leaders and active youngsters from 19 different countries to discuss the idea of the project. The project is based on the fact, that group leaders from different NGOs are able to increase the quality of Youth Exchanges through finding appropriate models of motivating youth to actively participate in a process and gain new skills and knowledge. The main idea of the project is to find these forms and methods of motivation, where the leader is not only a teacher or mentor, but he/she plays an active role of a facilitator who knows technology of involving youngsters. Due to previous experience we are sure that in international society group leaders have to grow up, develop suitable systems and use them in their work. Up to them we can see youngsters’ attitude towards projects, their interests in Youth Exchanges and increase the quality of Erasmus + programme.
