Project Summary

Summary

Our project dealt with nature, mainly flora. It grew up a positive relation to nature with our children, their perception of remarkable word and way of life of flora. They
gained new knowledge not only about nature in their home country, but also about nature of our partner countries.
Main goal of our project was experience learning and activities in nature. Regarding to our children with special needs ,who are in our schools, many activities were focused to be done outside, on fresh air..
Staying outside enriched our children in many ways. It improved general and fine motor activities, imagination, fantasy and creative feelings. Nature provided relaxation for children, it affected hyperactive children positively , made them calm down. Nature was very inspirative for creative children´s games. It improved emotional and intellect speech and their movement skills. Nature gives us plenty of stimulations for explorations and experiments.
Lessons in open air combined parts of games, movements and education. It was more attractive for children than sitting and learning in the classroom.
Scope of our project brought plenty of interesting outcomes such as herbal books, tables with names of plants, encyclopedias of nature wonders and miracles, arts and crafts made of natural materials, photoalbum of nature, digital educational materials.
This project helped us in many ways how we can teach children not to be indiferent to a surrounded world.
