Project Summary
The main idea of this project was to bring closer the concept of good practices from well-established European schools and institution to our students, in order to gain knowledge and transfer useful educational activities through innovation and creativity.
Throughout this project we contributed new approaches to sustainable development of entrepreneurship that were introduced aiming economic, social and environmental benefit. Together with our tendencies of preparing experienced Business leaders, we bring closer European values to our society. Within this project our teachers and students had great communication and cooperation, they have learned new techniques, methodologies and the outcomes of good communication introduced them with the benefit of openness to new ideas and suggestions.
Our search for a better education and brighter future for the school staff, administration, students, as well as improvement of the overall society, brought up the idea of preparing a project which is consisted of all the aspects that need to be improved in our society and the society of all our partner countries. The project was with the idea to bring together the best practices of the participating countries in one Guide from which later on can be taken out relevant information based on surveys and relevant data for different purposes. The innovations and innovative methods were in the field of Entrepreneurship and CSR in order to encourage leadership and development of business skills.
Very important aspect of our project was the realization on 4 intellectual outputs in time period of 2 years. The outputs that we made are:
1. Research on educational system polices; awareness of economic growth through social entrepreneurship and CSR – this research was prepared in a form of a digital guidebook and had the following content: educational system development, functioning and policies, level of need for introduction innovations, highlight of best practices in education, awareness for importance of entrepreneurship and CSR, percentage of inclusion of entrepreneurship and CSR in the education system, detailed research on the statistics of economic development in the country, economic development through entrepreneurship and CSR, entrepreneurial and CSR attitude, need for entrepreneurship, CSR, business development and labor market statistics.
2. Online platform for teachers and students: we made online platform where teachers and students developed a network with young entrepreneurs from the partner countries. Through online learning opportunities and debates they are actively involved in the process of networking and had the opportunity to keep up to date with the latest news from the business world. Students now are able to communicate with new entrepreneurs, experienced entrepreneurs, young people interested in setting up their own business. (https://yes.eueplus.eu/)
3. Formation of student companies; learning by doing – Online platform on previously conducted student campaign on Responsible Entrepreneurship. It was carried out in the elementary schools with the help from the teachers and partner experts. This campaign enrich the creative works by the students. Its main goal was to raise awareness of student peers because it is carried out by the students themselves. By this campaign, we encouraged them to make an incentive about businesses that make a difference and change our upcoming future. (https://yeseu.net/)
4. Methodological guide for innovation – this guide is conducted with all the previously prepared surveys and analysis. It is consisted of all the best practices previously presented by the partner countries. As it was expected, this guide is a complete final intellectual output that is now and will be further used in researches and further analysis. It is consisted of all the data on educational system and policies in every participating country, as well as percentages and statistics on economic development and social entrepreneurship and CSR surveys.
As the main focus on our project was to deliver programs for promotion of Social Entrepreneurship and Corporate Social Responsibility – CSR to elementary school, we as applicant and our partner organisations involved full expertise in the design of methods and programs for the improvement not only of the theoretical but also practical skills and competences in order to bring up students to future responsible entrepreneurs. Every participant was actively involved in all the stages of the project, with the ability to use different tools and their creativity to enhance the project’s capacity. During each phase of the project, all partners were equally involved and had their tasks and responsibilities given before the start of the project, sealed with an agreement which was well elaborated with the specifications of each partner’s tasks. The participants were motivated and experts in the field that was of great importance and of great contribution to the project.
