Project Summary

The CREOPSS + toolkit was produced by six partners as part of the European ERASMUS + Programme:
Three structures specialised in adult training activities:
KEJAL – France, IFOA – Italy, INCOMA – Spain
Three structures specialised in activities related to non-formal education:
AURYN -Spain, LINK -Italy, INTERCULTURA -France
Based on the experience of KEJAL, which has implemented CREOPSS training for future entrepreneurs since 2011, the six partners have organised 6 groups between 2019 and 2021 to build the CREOPSS + toolbox together.
Each worked on a particular theme in three stages:
1. transmission of the CREOPSS -KEJAL training experience on the theme: objectives, tools used…
2. sharing of experience and pedagogical tools between the participants
3. construction of the CREOPSS + toolbox on the theme
POSSIBLE FOLLOW-UP
-Test the modules on the 3 European training sites and a shared evaluation of the training situations
-Validate and complete the tools through their experimental application
-Create a European network of trainers responsible for supporting this type of training.
-Create and publish a modular toolbox in an evolving version and put it on line for the network of European trainer-accompanists
The creopss + toolbox can be used to set up a 6-MODULE TRAINING COURSE FOR FUTURE ENTREPRENEURS by integrating a European dimension in their social and solidarity enterprise projects
project management module to develop and build an enterprise project open to Europe
ethics module to Reflect and share one’s values and ethics in order to build networks of belonging on a European scale
territory module to reconcile the intercultural dimension in an approach aimed at the development of local territories
SSE commercial management and marketing module to: Offer products and services as part of the SSE To propose products and services in a European network respectful of human beings and the environment
Financial management and well-being at work module to build a financial plan by imagining and sharing new forms of work organisation with European partners
legal and governance module to understand the legal forms and regulations specific to each country and share innovations in governance models
THREE POSSIBLE ENTRIES FOR THE USE OF THE CREOPSS + TOOLBOX:
-In addition to the existing training courses offered by training centres, consular chambers, non-formal education structures: supported entrepreneurs or in vocational training
-Through a European exchange programme organised for project leaders with an idea to create a business: voluntary services, students, etc.
-Through a European exchange programme organised for future entrepreneurs in addition to training in business creation: young entrepreneur programmes, erasmus, etc.
