Project Summary
Summary of the project
At the beginning of the project work, waste separation systems were set up in all classes. In workshops and in class, the topic of waste separation and waste avoidance was addressed and well received by all participants and will continue to be practiced in the future. Flyers in German and English were made available to the students, parents and all interested parties in order to further sensitize them to this topic.
Healthy nutrition is practiced in all partner schools. Food was prepared together with the students, often with vegetables from their own Erasmus gardens.
In joint work, a calendar with healthy breakfast ideas was created, which was made available to all partner schools in sufficient numbers and continues to serve as a template.
A cookbook was also jointly developed in which each partner school presented typical dishes.
Since exercise in the fresh air also plays a major role in health and offers optimal learning opportunities, there was a great exchange of experience on the subject of “schoolyard games”. During encounters in the respective schools, these were then practiced.
Erasmus gardens have been created at all schools. All participants brought plants and seeds from their countries. It was planted and sown together and partly harvested together and then everything was processed into healthy food.
A joint song “We all live in the same world” was written, rehearsed and performed.
