The partner centers are located in wine producing areas, areas where collaboration with local entities associated with the industrial, legal and financial sector is facilitated, facilitated by the large number of entities in the sector and the wide dissemination of the project in the region of each partner.

The project is an experiential development of curricular contents included in various subjects of secondary education, development of evaluated experience, developed in the classroom and included in the program and in the school evaluation plan. This program has been oriented to students of secondary education and university students at the end of the degree. Furthermore, this program has looked for a methodology of education in development of projects and activities included in the evaluation system and.

The connection between network partners has been prioritized to increase the connection and the cooperative work of students. These students are tasked with developing several blogs, general for the whole society and individuals for each partner (the latter published in local language and English to facilitate and stimulate the dissemination in center). Also, the project has been developed in twinspace and has achieved quality certification by etwinning.

The project has been designed with several evaluation systems, on the one hand a self-evaluation between partners, with virtual meetings between coordinators and on the other hand looking for an external evaluation with quality certifications in the Ministry and Ministries of each country. Thus utilizing both etwinning and europass.

With respect to the students participating in the project. The project has been developed throughout the course, allowing moments of more activity ( close to harvest and during the LTT), but with development in the center and dissemination during the two years of the project.

The Spanish school has developed the project with students of the four ESO courses, the Portuguese school with third-year students of Basic Education, the French center with students of quatrième and troisième of secondary education, the Greek with students of the second and third years of Gymnasio and in Italian with students of the second and third year of secondaria di primo grado. The different distribution in each center obeys to the different curricula of each country, number of lines and students in each center and difference of contents in each subject programming and a greater impact when trying to involve a greater number of students. However, for the five centers, the age of the students involved in the project is between 12 and 16 years old, with an age between 14 and 15 years old. The University of Burgos has involved the project in final degree projects developed by students in the two courses and lectures among colleagues, developed primarily in Europe. Depending on the courses involved, some students have developed the project during the two courses and in other cases only one, although the project mobilizations have always involved different students, seeking a greater impact in the center.

With respect to activities developed, students have participated in an active and evaluated in practices and experiences developed in agricultural, industrial and business environments. The students have developed a virtual company of the oenological sector and the project raises activities associated with this development. Many activities have been developed in the LTT, contributing to the dissemination of collaborating companies and expanding the European project vision among the students. All of these activities have been included in the evaluation system of the subjects involved in the project.
