– Young Europeans seem knowing not so much about the Internet (how Internet is impacting the society, how Internet is built…).
– Young Europeans tend to limit their exploration of the web.
– Educators (teachers, youth workers, parents …) are looking for educational resources on these issues.

> Propose educational frames and tools to help educators and parents to develop a better understanding and better use of the Internet among young people.

> A web platform, in French and German : f8proj.eu
with
- educational proposals to facilitate the understanding of what Internet is (in all its dimensions) and to widen young people web practices;
– tools to use with youngsters (in the form of investigations).
