Project Summary

At this moment, youth are challenged and face lack of skills that could help them adapt to the demands of the labour market and transit successfully from the education system. In line with that, the overall aim of the project is to support the adaptation of youth in the WB region to the rapidly evolving changes in the labour market.
This project focuses on the improvement of youth work from the WB region on matters of transition from education to work and in developing quality youth programs through mobility and capacity building of youth workers and development of specific trainings for enhancement of skills and competences of young people. In order to foster the development of non formal programs for youth employability, this project will provide a set of instruments and tools relevant for the enhancement of youth employability in the WB region in the form of a joint regional youth employability skills portfolio. The involvement of all relevant key stakeholders from 6 WB countries will enable a unique perspective on this burning issue and improve strategic cooperation between youth organisations, public institutions and business sector.
