Project Summary
Training Course “Coalition against mobbing” is aimed for 30 youth workers from Spain, Poland, Lithuania, Italy, Albania, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey and Greece and will be held in Belgrade from 22.06.2016. until 29.06.2016. The project is the result of cooperation between 10 European countries in order to spread awareness about the problem of mobbing and high unemployment, to educate and to inform youth workers about the causes and consequences of mobbing. Participants of the project will be before the training course to make research on the situation in their environment. During the training course they will assign the results of the research, they will be acquainted with the participants from other countries and to create a network and cooperation. Participant will acquire the skills of advocacy, communication, negotiation and formation campaign. Participants will have the task to create a brochure and documentary film, promotional photos. These materials they will use in order to disseminate the project. After the training course, participants will organize the seminars and workshops in their local communities and they will share the knowledge and skills with all the stakeholders.
