Project Summary

The current state of the environment creates many challenges for present and future generations. Individual countries are not able to meet them themselves, so it is important to create a strong international partnership. This is followed by the need to create new educational forms based on international experience, as well as to create a system of education recognized by various countries. It is extremely important to promote the idea of ​​lifelong learning, the use of information technology and the conduct of the education process from the stage of study. Short-term internships for employees will play a significant role as a form of education that will allow new technologies to be learned. There is a need to support staff and introduce innovative education methods, including non-formal and digital education, and cross-border guidance.
 
The INCOT project concerned the improvement of vocational training of the personnel of the water and sewage sector in Europe, with particular emphasis on Poland, Germany and the Netherlands. It touches on the subject of the natural environment and climate change as well as innovative methods of education and international cooperation.
 
The aim of the project was to create a strong partnership and increase the ability of partners to act on the international arena by exchanging and confronting ideas, practices and methods. Partner mutual learning.
 
 Project implementation time:
 I – XII 2018 (12 months)

 As part of the project, three two / three-day project meetings were carried out at each of the Partners.

 Project participants:
 – direct (employees of partners, trainers, persons responsible for the creation and implementation of training programs)
 – indirect (Internet users, readers of the Forum Eksploatator and the portal komunalny.pl, associates and clients of partner institutions)

The long-term result will be the improvement of the quality of vocational education in the water and sewage industry, the increase of staff awareness regarding vocational and language self-education and, consequently, the creation of an international system of exchange of experience and education.
The partners declare the continuation of international cooperation, the mutual transfer of the results and proposals developed in the project to entities operating in the water and sewage sector, and the promotion of the Erasmus Plus Program as an effective way for practical exchange of experience.
