Project Summary
The “Hybrid Stories” project was valuable in enabling organizations to develop and improve their networks, as well as improve the organization’s ability to operate at the European level. The project involved sharing experiences and confronting ideas, practices and methods.
The project referred to the action objectives: strategic partnership KA 2. The partnership included organizations from five countries of the Erasmus + program.
The Hybrid Stories partnership was created by organizations from five countries.
Adult learning organizations have started cooperation and are ready to cooperate to improve the quality and usefulness of key competences. The project created an opportunity for positive changes in its environment, building an approach in the field of parent education.
The topic of the project included the presentation of hybrid stories in adult education. As part of the project, exchange of experience and good practices took place on the following issues: Understanding the strengthening of key competences: knowledge, skills and attitudes that will help students find personal fulfillment, and later find a job and take part in society. Exchange of advice and information, Building collective knowledge about the functioning of the family in the context Key competence. These key competences include ‘traditional’ skills such as communication in mother tongue, foreign languages, digital skills, literacy and basic skills in mathematics and science, as well as horizontal skills such as learning to learn, social and civic responsibility, initiative and entrepreneurship, cultural awareness and creativity.
The target group:
– adult educators,
– parents with low competencies.
The project lasted 18 months.
The main objective of the project was to exchange practices in effective strategies for activating, counseling and motivating parents with low key competences for development. The specific objectives have been clearly defined and have been achieved thanks to the nature and experience of the partnership.
The goals of the Hybrid Stories in Adult Education project:
1. Enhancing the quality and adequacy of the offer to improve key adult competences
2. Supporting equality and integration in adult learning in order to ensure high-quality learning.
3. Developing cooperation between organizations in the field of parent education.
The project implemented five international project meetings on average every 6 months. As part of the project, a short-term course was conducted. The subject of the course were the key competences of parents.
The implemented project brought added value at the EU level due to results that would not have been possible thanks to activities carried out only in one of the countries. The project was an idea that made a significant improvement.
The project was successfully completed at the end of the project at a given time, with a budget set and planned high quality results.
The main goal of the project is to exchange practices for effective strategies for activating, counseling and motivating parents with low key competences for development. Specific objectives have been clearly determined and can be attained owing to the character and experience of the partnership.
