Nowadays, adequate training is essential so that young people can better cope with problems such as ignorance about the labor market, the uncertainty once they have finished their studies or the disappointment that their studies do not adapt to the needs of the labor market. That is why this project is linked to the acquisition of transversal competences, referring to the abilities or abilities that the individual develops applicable to any area of his/her life.
This project has had direct participation of approximately 75 young people between 16 and 30 years unemployed or young people who had just finished their studies or in their last year of academic training.
The objectives of this project have been:
– Strengthen links between education, training and youth with the world of work

– Promote business education

– Improve the key skills of young people by promoting active participation in Europe, developing an awareness of European citizenship and identity
