Project Summary

At our first meeting in Istanbul we agreed on the concretization of the activities and project goals described in the project application, with the following results

General agreements:

• each country provides 24 hosting families for the students
• the age of the participating students is 15 to 18 years old
• the hosting country pays for cultural activities, visits etc. for students and teachers
• for travelling and food each team pays for themselves

The main topic at all meetings was the Business Model Canvas . The Canvas Model was used by the students to visualize a startup idea from the social sector. Each participating school developed its own business model. For the students the Canvas Model is a simple brainstorming tool to think about the business model. The parts of the Canvas Business Model the parts were divided – in every meeting there will be one main emphasis we work on:

1. Value propositions ; Key activities (Meeting Romania)
2. Key ressources ; Key partners (Meeting Spain)
3. Customer segment ; Customer relationships (Meeting Germany)
4. Channels (Marketing) (Meeting Greece)

In addition to the theoretical work on the social project with the help of the Canvas Model, the students and teachers visited a concrete project in the respective host country during each student exchange.
In Turkey: Sevgi Cafe, Istanbul
In Romania: “Altita Dabuleniului” Workshop
In Spain: We are fantastic, Avain
In Germany: Dunkelcafe, Bluebox
In Greece: Women’s homemade cooparative

During each meeting:
• a working meeting to prepare the following meeting must be scheduled
• group work (30 min) to work on the dictionary should be scheduled.
• a short movie will be created (20-30 min.) by the hosting country.
• „Cultural Heritage Fair“ – the hosting country prepares for example: workshops, games, dances, activities – to bring the
students closer to the culture of the hosting country
• the hosting country arranges a visit of a social Institution in their region or a presentation of a local representative

COMMUNICATION
There were different communication channels between teachers and students.
The primary source was e-mail (all e-mail addresses were known to the participants). The german team were responsible for
setting up a joint account for all of us (googledrive) with the ability to access GoogleDocs to store the documents in
maps and folders.
WhatsApp was an additional means of communication for quick and easy questions.
For students and Erasmus itself, there was a Etwinning page activated by the Greek and German team.
To be able to work smoothly and efficiently, we had to answer our email within two days. That was important, and
everyone who worked on the project basically stuck to it.

LOGO
To be recognized as a valid project, we needed a LOGO. It has to be closed before the first meeting with the students.
Each school organized a logo contest itself. One logo per school was selected for the competition. All schools took part
in the vote. The Spanish team won the competition. After that, we used the logo on all official documents, websites, and
places that required an Erasmus + logo along with the logo of the project.

ACTIVITIES:
Our activities in the project can be divided into:
• Pre-meeting activities: videos, presentations, interviews, competitions, lectures, brainstorming, seminars, reading
books
• Activities during the meeting: ice breaking activities, case studies, announcing the winners of the contest (essays,
posters)
• Activities after each meeting: reports by students,Evaluation of the questionnaires by the German team

DISTRIBUTION OF RESPONSIBILITY:
We decided to divide the task among the project members to make the job faster and more efficient. Here is the list of
specific tasks that should be done by the project members.
