Project Summary

The basic idea of the Erasmus-Partnership arose during the last mobility activity within our project ” Sport doesn´t know limits- crisscrossing Europe” and was developed by teachers and students.
It was a result of the good cooperation of the involved schools.
Referring to the UN Convention the focus was to strenghten the intercultural thinking of our disabled and disadvantaged children.
The new project helped the students to defend themselves against acts of exclusion, intolerance and xenophobia and reduced the amount of early school leavers.
It was organized interdisciplinary and across forms and involved the whole school.
In the forefront , training companies and craft business introduced themselves in the respective schools and suggested their profits of professions. During the activities multinational thinking and acting as well as sympathy and understanding were promoted.
Every student did a placement in all partner regions, which gave an insight into the corresponding profiles.

Poland: Agricultural tourism, agriculture
Croatia : fishing / processing of fish
At the same time we explored in companionship new ways of learning, learnt about special professions in European countries , worked practice- oriented and achived the opportunity of European conferencing.
Collective practice- oriented working generated respect and acceptance for several impaiments, together with other lifestyle habits accompained by the national characteristics. After the successful participation each student got a certificate, the so called vocational choise pass including the European logo.
Learn- basis and learn- cause generated the issue of a vocational choise- pass ( a passport to career choices ), which represented the particular country- specific training company. Throughout combined working the student developed respect and acceptance for different handicaps, different lives and national specifics.
The pass pointed up the individual possibilities of training and outlined the products and their manufacturing.
This pass can be used for further forms and students in respective schools to awake their interests, to conclude deals of mentoring with the firms and to enable further internships.
The experiences, which the travelling groups ( always 6-10 students and 3 teachers) gatherd in the partner- schools, can be passed on in full to the other participants directly.
The summary of all activities and results referring to the vocational choise- pass were apprehended digitally, will be placed at the disposal to every participant in form of a portfolio as a certificate and were presented in the respective schools. Furthermore we provided this pass for different vocational training centres, job centres, Chamber of Trades, mentors and services of integration to make our experiences available to all other students. Other supporting schools also got an insight into our partnership and were able to use our results as a basic and impuls for further vocational oriantated projects. The European platform e-twinning supports the dissemination of our results.
