Project Summary

Within the scope of the EU 2020 objectives;In order to achieve rational, inclusive and sustainable growth, to create a workforce equipped with the skills stipulated by the markets, we need to make changes in our understanding of education in order to support lifelong learning.Acquiring new skills,promoting creativity and innovation, developing entrepreneurship and ensuring a smooth transition between jobs is critical to a world that will provide more jobs in exchange for higher adaptability.Simple but effective in the EU,where the working population is declining but needs more work with globalization.It is important to concentrate on jobs and therefore support entrepreneurship.Research shows that entrepreneurship tendency should be gained during primary education periods.In order to increase the awareness of our students by sharing their experiences with their peers in EU countries,to gain an entrepreneurial spirit in a multicultural environment,to enable them to develop long-term relationships with their peers,applications related to the subject abroad were examined and evaluated
Our Erasmus +project partners were contacted through our ETwinning project and facebook groups.While choosing our project partners,schools that have the same problem and want to find a solution to this problem and approach the problem with the same perspective are preferred
The project Erasmus + experience with Greece,Poland and Italy; non Experience Turkey, Croatia and Portugal are located.
Our project target groups;A total of 4643students(age 11-14)and their parents,447teachers and school staff from 6 partner countries will participate in the activities to be carried out.Also,it is aimed to reach large masses with local,regional,national and international press and social media accounts
The objectives of the“Big Worlds of Small Entrepreneurs”project are
To increase our students’ awareness of taking initiative and planning their future by being included in an innovative and multicultural entrepreneurship education
To increase the career optimism rate of our students from 40%to80%in the project process
To enable them to acquire knowledge skills and competencies designed to facilitate their integration into the social environment and business life through entrepreneurship training etc
Methodology:The use of Bit-based methodologies based on sharing experiences to shape students’ entrepreneurial attitudes and prepare them for the labor market, to perceive and evaluate career opportunities, aims to convey knowledge,motivate and inspire.Therefore,the focus of the project will be lectures,workshops and workplace visits

Within the scope of the project,which will take2years,in-school activities are planned along with all the activities to be done.

With our project, we will support shaping the understanding of education according to the 21st century conditions.The trainings to be received will improve the professional competencies, the leadership qualities will be strengthened, and the correct practices will be ensured by ensuring that they master the methods and techniques in entrepreneurship and career planning.In addition,the opportunity of gaining entrepreneurship spirit and application areas will be created for our students.Thus,the European vision of education perspective,which has been equipped with the knowledge,skills and values ​​required by the 21st century and the future,easily transfers them into their daily lives,has been developed by all partner countries.Shared,Adopting innovative education concept,strengthening intercultural communication and Europe we will have reached the true meaning of his identity.At the end of the project the products of the project will be available for a long time on website,digital media accounts
We will act as a part of the global change,not affected by change,but with an understanding that directs change and acceler.The project is for dissemination of our activities;we will have communicated with people in many and different cultures and we have provided the qualities according to universal holism by neutralizing the difference.In line with the information obtained,it will be ensured that the project gains are included in the school strategic plans and placed in the school culture.
