Project Summary

A career is “a succession of professions, skills and positions that a person has during the active period of life” (Davitz J.R. & Ball S., (coordin.) – Psychology of the educational process, EDP, Bucharest, 1978).Education is the “force for the future” because it is one of the most powerful tools for change.
The organizations involved in the project also respond to these challenges with difficulty. Similar needs are highlighted: students are required to have transversal skills, in order to continue their professional career and after graduation.
 Teachers need a portfolio of new and fresh methods that will stimulate learning to be meaningful to students as well as a solid foundation for strengthening the profile and reputation of the teaching profession.
Due to the struggle with an increasing number of young graduates unable to succeed in the labor market in the participating countries, the project is trying to develop skills and competences that are essential for the success of one’s professional and personal life.
The long-term objectives of the project are based on the increasingly bad situation at European level regarding the integration of young graduates into the labor market.
 To reach the goals, the first step is to modernize the education systems, to focus our efforts on motivating students who face any kind of ostracism and discrimination.
In this project, 96 students and 36 teachers will be directly involved in learning activities that will be hosted by the participating schools. Around 450 students and 30 teachers will be involved in the project indirectly through skype / online learning activities – VIRTUAL LEARNING ACTIVITIES and e-twinning activities that will be organized between learning activities and their role is to involve more people / students and teachers .They will work internationally mixed teams to improve their language and collaboration skills. Thanks to the various courses will be able to approach tasks from different angles. Students participating in learning activities study in the following courses: Business Academy, International business relations, economics, technology, computer science disciplines and Business Administration and bilingual subjects.
 Teachers from all participating countries ask for opportunities to share ideas, support from more experienced teacher colleagues, and informally exchange examples of best practices
among the European countries. In each learning activity, the participants will create their own modules on the collaborative innovation centers – VLC. Each module will consist of tutorials, presentations, interactive activities on the twin-space platform, worksheets, self-assessment tests and many more that will be available to students, teachers and the public, not only in the participating countries, but throughout Europe.
By implementing an innovative approach – using learning and teaching modules / through Moodle / blended learning concepts and flipped classroom, introducing methods for improving teaching and Foreign Language Learning: Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) and Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL), we will be able to provide the skills and competencies required not only to students but also teachers by participating in both types of learning activities.
In this project we want to focus on the implementation of entrepreneurship education, so young people studying different courses can start their own companies, businesses that could operate on the labor market want them to overcome fear and doubts, because due to active participation in the project they can become entrepreneurs young confident, ambitious and active. Through the activities of the project the students will overcome the stereotypes and will value themselves. Through collaborative activities of blended type and e-learning they will create businesses in which they will contribute not only to the well-being of the country, but also to the European level. They will learn how to follow the marketing rules that promote local and regional suppliers to meet environmental needs from the point of view of the friendly and ecological nature.
The main results of this project are:
– development of key skills and competences, such as critical thinking, communication, financial literacy and very important collaborative skills (ability to cooperate in the multiracial, multicultural and multilingual environment). They need to be goal-oriented and creative in order to solve problems and come up with innovations.
Thanks to the Moodle Virtual Learning Cooperation platform all participating countries will be able to improve the education and students learning outcomes.Due to its feasibility and accessibility this ambitious project has a potential to serve as an open source learning platform and ensure its long-term sustainability.
All participating countries plan to share project outcomes in other projects and cooperation on different platforms, such as e-Twinning;
