Project Summary
The project Harmonic Life was prepared by young people from Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland as their initiative to change the environment in which they live. We want to change the conditions for meeting the community of pupils and residents of municipalities where partner civic associations – Málaš, Štepánkovice, Wieliczka and Levice are based. The aim is to prepare and implement a set of discussions and workshops where young people will explain and show participants the need to change their attitude to food, its preparation, the way it is obtained and especially its waste.
The next theme will be the need for movement and a healthy way to move in nature and at home to improve the quality of life. In our lives we often encounter different scents and fragrances, and diversity as well as diversity of materials and differences between people is also an issue that we will discuss at joint meetings and events that we will meet with young people and the general public in the community of communities.
Among the participants of the discussions and workshops, we will create collaborators in the creation and implementation of the Feeling Trail, aromatic benches and vertical greenery as well as from willow material, which we create in all places of partner organizations.
The culmination of joint activities in Slovakia will be the Harmonic Day – Health Fair, which will be attended by all project partners and the general public from Slovakia, while all prepared places for public use will be officially opened. The common day will be complemented by joint sports and cultural activities. A separate part will be tastings of national dishes made from local ingredients by local farmers.
Created places will be used by the public to carry out other activities and will be a place to relax and meet community members.
The project aims to support the functioning and better cooperation between young people and the community in municipalities with the support of their independence in the future after school and the creation of their own job.
