Project Summary
The Erasmus+ project “Entrepreneurial teenager on an ecological career path” will be implemented during 2 years in cooperation with schools from Poland, Italy, Spain, Germany, Bulgaria and Portugal. The project will be aimed at students aged 14-20.
The project will be a continuation of the previous Erasmus+ project “Entrepreneurship as the key to success”. The inspiration for its creation was the EntreComp developed by the European Commission. The aim of the project is to enable participants to acquire competences through entrepreneurial thinking and activities and to encourage them to develop throughout their lives.
The project assumes mobility of 127 students and 60 teachers.
We will focus on how a teenager’s planning of their career path is impacted by ecological, sustainable and healthy lifestyle issues and how they function on the labour market as an entrepreneur and employee.
We want to prepare young people for conscious and responsible market activity both as a consumer and manufacture, considering the effects of climate change in their environment.
We want students to be able to manage their image online and not become addicted to their smartphone, as this may lead to a variety of illnesses and the inability to establish and maintain relationships with other people.
We want to prepare them to cope with stress and prevent burnout, and teach them how to manage their time so that they can focus on professional and personal life in the future and find their “work-life balance”. This will promote achieving professional success and personal happiness.
We want to teach young people how to create Personal Branding and Employer Branding. This will increase the student’s ‘market value’ as an employee who will consciously choose the employer who cares about the environment and employees.
Participants will learn about current trends in the labour market and will acquire skills to adapt to them. They will carry out a career aptitude test using Norwegian ToolVip24. They will learn how to use social networking sites to promote themselves professionally and search for their dream job.
How can tapping into eco and healthy lifestyle trends be a chance to show entrepreneurship on the local market? How to inspire others to your own activities and ideas that change the environment for the better? How to be more open and tolerant, active?
We will use the knowledge of partners who have chosen the topics they are most experienced in and want to share this experience with others.
The project involves 6 meetings that will take place in each school.
The main themes will be:
1. „JOB COACHING” – Poland
2. „SLOW LIFE” – Spain
3. „TASTE YOUR LIFE” – Italy
4. „TAILOR MADE TOURISM” – Bulgaria
5. „CLIMATE CHANGES” – Germany
6. „PHISICAL ACTIVITY – HEALTHY AND WEALTHY” – Portugal
We will develop entrepreneurial attitudes, creativity, cooperation in an international group, language skills as well as planning, organizing and IT skills.
We will visit enterprises and institutions that help re-evaluate lifestyle from excessive consumption and stress towards ecology and work-life balance. These meetings will be an inspiration for young people for their future activities in their professional life and for when they establish companies.
We will use active methods. Students will plan and carry out exercises, which will increase their commitment and knowledge in a given topic as well as their motivation to learn languages.
We will work in mixed national teams. We want to involve young people who are in a worse life situation. To increase students’ openness we will use integration games.
They will acquire skills useful in professional and personal life. Their attractiveness on the labour market will increase and they will be encouraged to develop further.
Cooperation with foreign partners will allow students to get to know other cultures and help overcome mutual prejudices and shape tolerant and inclusive attitudes.
Participants will receive a Europass Mobility certificate. They will become more mobile, flexible and confident.
We will create joint products which we will be able to share. We will promote schools and partners associated abroad and new projects will be created.
Project activities will be systematically evaluated and promoted in local environments by students and teachers.
