The project will involve pupils from three secondary vocational schools of artistic focus from Žilina, Jihlava and Zakopane. The above-mentioned secondary schools educate pupils between the ages of 15 and 19.
The duration of the project is from 01/09-2019 to 08/31/2021. The main objective of the project is to link the vocational education of artistic focus with practical activities, to implement non-traditional art techniques in the educational process and to exchange good practice between partner schools. The added value of the school exchange partnership is the development of information and communication technologies, pupils’ knowledge and practical vocational skills. Project participants will get the necessary information about the working environment, work tools, techniques, work practices and practical activities in the field of visual arts and design.

During the project meetings, the teaching staff will be familiar with the techniques chosen to create a description of ECVET learning units. Based on these materials, students will be assessed at the last meeting. Pupils at partner schools will use collaborative collaboration and communication techniques through eTwinning, with which schools have practical experience.
The project will include ongoing communication of school teams on a jointly created website. The output of the project will be three expert methodological manuals on technological work procedures and a comic book magazine for participants in workshops in partner schools, which will map vocational education and training and leisure activities. The planned output is an information bulletin on the project and an English-Czech-Slovak-Polish vocabulary dictionary of art and design. During the workshops, each participant will be provided with a tablet to document his/ her work on the assigned tasks. A joint video film will be created from the created student footage. All activities will be published on the project’s common website and on the promotional DVD.
