Project Summary

Our aim is to share good practices with the institutions and organizations of the partner countries, to exchange experiences, to develop a training institution management strategy, to organize training, in the sectors of VET. Throughout the project, we would like to increase the expertise of the member of the directorate, heads of departments, economists, financial professionals, adult educational and vocational training professionals and development colleagues through familiarization with good practices in the partner countries in their own environment and to get familiar with their cultures as well. The main activity of the project is to share good practices. All partners share and present a good practice of their choice, linked to vocational training. Mobilities are built on sharing these experiences, as each partner can get to know the good practice when visiting all countries. Thanks to the cooperation, we trust that the acquired professional knowledge will be utilized by all participating countries through the acquisition of foreign experience. At the end of the project, we plan to compile a comprehensive professional publication in english on the results of the project, collecting all the good practices of the partners.
Throughout the project, the institutions and organizations of the European countries will work together to support vocational training. One of our main objectives is to create efficiency, the creation of a successful and productive cooperation with the focus of lifelong learning, support for balance, and reducing dropout rates. Generally speaking, in any type of education, trainers, teachers, trainers are playing a key role in the training of the right professionals, so it isindispensable to train them well. Another objective of the project is to share international experiences and good practices for the preparation of these specialists. It is important to increase the efficiency of training and to bring higher-level, more qualified professionals to the output side.
Each of the partners involved in the project is linked to vocational training. In this way we would like to provide VET students acquired and applicable knowledge, which can be used as an employee or entrepreneur to facilitate integration into the world of work. Our goal is to provide high-quality professional training in Europe, both in each participating countries and internationally as well. To this end, we would like to explore the characteristics and good practices of good and successful experts in partner countries’ cultures. Through good practices and experiences we would like to know, maintain and promote the motivation of vocational training.
We believe that this project is very relevant as it is intended to upskill and promote good governance in schools and at European level. Good governance is very important since there is still a lot of room for improvement in relation to this topic. This topic also ties in with raising standards and levels of education. It is important that this project is carried out transnationally because organisation leaders can learn from each other at the meetings. They can visit different vocational schools and compare and contrast with the schools in their own countries.
If school leaders become more professional, they will lead better schools and more students will be motivated to remain in education. This will also encourage students to follow life long learning programmes.
Problems at European level underpinning the need for the project:
– skilled labor shortages
– retraining of workforce
– deepen the professional knowledge of employees
– increasing the efficiency of the VET system
– early school leaving, drop-out
– renewal of vocational training
During the project we are planning to frame a professional publication, that will showcase the good practices of all participating countries. One of the most important role during the publication is to make up a comparative dissection, in which we could get acquainted with the stronger and weaker points of the given country.
We consider the training and learning activity for the our learners as an essential part of this project because this activity will give the trainers and the leadership the possibility to directly learn and exchange from each other. The planned meetings gives all participants the possibility to exchange about the work on the methodological tool, to share a real intercultural experience and even so to deepen their knowledge by working together in specific workshops. We want to bring the leadership together to exchange and to debate good practices in an intercultural atmosphere. All participants will gain strong intercultural competences; will practice their foreign language and presentation skills.
The leadership involved in the program also offers an opportunity to receive good practices, which are continuously shared with members of their working communities so that they can be integrate into their teaching practice.
