Project Summary
Digital Entrepreneurship: Innovative Teacher Training (Digital Teacherpreneur) is a strategic Partnership in the field of vocational training to support innovation that aims at the development, cooperation, transfer and implementation of innovative practices to improve the profile of skills and competences in educators related to entrepreneurship, especially, towards Digital Entrepreneurship.
Digital Teacherpreneur aims to provide teachers with a wide range of skills related to creativity and entrepreneurship. The project assumes the maximum of the Commission that says “every teacher and future teacher has access during his career to a training experience in key issues and methods related to entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurship education.”
The choice of each one of the priorities responds to the global strategy of the project to promote the initial formation and the permanent professional development (DPP) of the educators in the field of digital entrepreneurship, through new innovative methods of learning.
Expected deliverables:
D2.1. Study on the profiles, training needs and characteristics of the teacher-Entrepreneur (Digital Teacherpreneur)
Description: Report with a section dedicated to each participating country that contains the different profiles of the entrepreneur professor, their initial training needs (ITE) and continuing professional training (DPP), as well as the most important characteristics that the Digital Teacherpreneur should have. At the end of the document, a short comparative table will be established.
D2.2. Inventory of examples of practices in Initial Training and Permanent Professional Development of the Teaching Staff in Entrepreneurship.
Description: Report that contains a wide selection of attractive practices developed in the field of entrepreneurial teacher training. At the end of the document, a short comparative table will be established.
D2.3. Educator’s guide: Digital Teacherpreneur.
Description: The guide contains methods and tools to explore new forms of teaching in the field of digital entrepreneurship.
D2.4. Electronic training platform for teachers.
Description: online platform (compatible with mobile media) training for the acquisition of skills and digital entrepreneurial skills for teachers. Repository of tools for teaching.
The profile of the partners that make up the association is composed of multiple actors (social partners, VET schools and education policy makers from: Spain, Italy, Austria and Czech Republic) who have the skills and competencies necessary to ensure that the program of work is carried out efficiently, effectively and professionally. In addition, each of the partners has adequate networks to transfer the implementation and the valuation of the results of the project.
Digital Teacherpreneur has designed the following WPs to achieve the project’s objectives:
• WP1. Responsible for project management (Planning, financial control, coordination of activities, preparation of intermediate / final technical reports and communication actions)
• WP2. Project Implementation: Responsible for the design and development of deliverables: D2.1. Inventory on the profiles, training needs and characteristics of the teacher-Entrepreneur (Digital Teacherpreneur); D2.2. Inventory on examples of practices in Initial Training and Permanent Professional Development of Teaching in Entrepreneurship; D2.3. Educator’s guide: Digital Teacherpreneur .; D2.4. Electronic training platform for teachers.
• WP3. Responsible for the implementation and development of the Project Quality, Monitoring and Evaluation Plan
• WP4. Responsible for the Communication, Valorization and diffusion of the project, products and results.
