Project Summary

The main project objective is the creation of a shared model made up of certain rules and procedures to be applied to international training and apprenticeship projects dedicated,first and foremost, to the heads of the structures involved. The project is articulated through the realization of 5 transnational mobilities for the exchange of good practices (4 transnational meetings and an international training activity), the development of new management strategies, the strengthening of the partnership and the creation of new relationships and collaborations establishment of European sending and hosting organizations mainly in the tourism, hotel and food and wine sectors, aiming to establish a first network that aims to share methods and procedures that represent the outputs of this project. The network will be constituted by the partner bodies of this project and organizations can be added in order to disseminate the results of the project, applying them in their operational modalities. The network will be built by sharing a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) signed by every organization that wants to be a partner.
The starting area is represented by Sardinia, where the candidate has his local headquarters, which today presents a very low number of companies involved in community projects and a strong need to improve the tourism and cultural sector which is a fundamental resource for its economy.
The partners involved have detected the same problem and they too have a lot of difficulty involving companies, particularly micro and small businesses, in ERASMUS + projects.
In the case of Sardinia, moreover, the Region also has a high level of youth unemployment and secondary school dropout, so opening the companies of the Region to the opportunities arising from the ERASMUS + project could be a good opportunity to do so:
1) increase the level of knowledge of the ERASMUS + program;
2) increase the number of Sardinian companies involved in the ERASMUS + program;
3) improve the management capabilities of the sending / hosting organizations for the internship period;
4) support the process of Europeanization of an island like Sardinia;
5) create more and better opportunities for students and students who want to get an internship in Sardinia or who want to move abroad from Sardinia, improving their percentage of employment even at European level.

To achieve these goals the purpose of the partnership is:
1) identify and share the best methodologies to support companies to be involved in the ERASMUS + project;
2) increase the awareness and knowledge of the ERASMUS + program to facilitate the involvement of companies and qualified organizations that will host vocational training students in Europe;
3) work on sharing best practices on the management of sending / hospitality organizations that will involve VET learners in mobility projects;
4) share the best practices that could have an impact also at ERASMUS + level.
