Project Summary

The main focus of this project is to build a network between Teaching Training Centers (TTC) for the future and to exchange relevant questions in order to improve teacher training at each institute.
The partners of this project have almost the same structure in the field of TTC, but with very different realities. The location of these countries is widely spaced around Europe.We want to get to know each other´s teacher training practice and improve and enrich our practice. We want to analyse the types of courses and the topics addressed and also the impact of theses courses on the professional development on the teachers of the partnership. Having the opportunity of working with european partners of the same field becomes a necessary issue nowadays, specially with the political situation that influences us. We need to row in the same direction, and working in the fields that are interesting for teachers and therefore, designing formations for teachers which adapt to true reality. On the other hand, it is very interesting for us to know what is the theoretical paradigm that sustains the teacher training in each of the countries. What are its objectives and how are the training processes carried out.
