Project Summary

The project proposal has been written by Latvia. All project partners participated in planning out the activities and in filling in the application form using their expertise.
Nowadays the labour market is full of numerous career offers. It is difficult for school leavers to choose the right one for them. The field of entrepreneurship appeals to many youngsters and to get an insight into this world is a big benefit for the participants of the project. The fact that all the project members will focus themselves on the work of firms in different areas beginning with healthy eating and ending up with staging a musical speaks about a great variety of students’ interests. The joint work of students-teachers and outside experts makes the project true to life, absolutely necessary for the students who will soon finish school and will have to choose their future profession. This career oriented project will give the students a lifetime opportunity to examine chosen directions,to polish up their skills in finding, analysing, selecting the necessary information and presenting it. English is the language of the project and the students will improve their knowledge of English which has become the bridge among the nations. IT skills are also an important tool of every modern person.
The students will use the above-mentioned acquired skills in other subjects at school and at university. Teamwork is also essential in the world of entrepreneurship.

The project is unique because the result is unpredicted. What can be predicted is that it will be successful since the topic is one of the most important ones for teenagers. Outside experts will come and conduct workshops. The students will have a possibility to visit firms and fill gaps in their knowledge. As for teachers the events in the project will be a stimulus for work in many subjects and contribute to cross-curricular and inter-disciplinary working.

The outcomes of the students research and work be visible in home and partner schools and during mobilities.

Every mobility has its own title and all of them taken together will create a big umbrella under which future entrepreneurs study, investigate their local and European market.
Outside experts will share their good practices and conduct workshops which will give the students a unique opportunity to get an insight of the direction under investigation.
All this taken together will encourage students to perfect themselves in their studies and improve their life chances through engagement with further education. This will boost their employability.

It is also essential that the project participants will examine the local market in the fields of their partners. It will be done before every mobility so that the students can get a global understanding of the state of things on the European market as such.

A wide impact will be visible and shared by parents and other stakeholders.

The project is real-life,career-oriented and having a life-long impact on its participants and those who know about it. The project involves schools from six European countries. The participation in the fair in Malaga is a sound proof of the project being real-life.
The titles of the activities during mobilities , the objectives of the project show once again its topicality and many-sidedness.
