Project Summary
The aim of the project is to enable the exchange of good practices between organisations and staff, guaranteeing access to modern techniques, methods and solutions in the field of work with adults. Under the project, selected participants who work with adults in their organizations on a daily basis will have an opportunity to get to know each other’s education system and methodology of work in other organizations. The project is in line with the EU’s growth strategy Europe 2020 and is consistent with the policy of the European Union. Its implementation meets social expectations for which specialised skills, new techniques and solutions, qualification and skills upgrading, especially in working with adults, are becoming increasingly important, in order to achieve smart, sustainable and inclusive growth of activation of adults, as a way of overcoming social weaknesses in European structures. Local geopolitics sometimes makes it difficult to find institutions as partners for the exchange of practices and methods of teaching at the highest level. Also the didactic-technical base does not always meet the standards supporting further training in this field. Experienced partners from Spain and Norway will provide access to modern working methods, provide an insight into the diversity and diversity of work systems, and provide workshops and observations on innovative working and learning methods. By participating in the project, participants will develop interpersonal skills and experience to enrich communication in their working environment. Knowledge of methods and solutions in the organisation of work in Spain and Norway as well as the culture and traditions of these countries will contribute to increasing the level of knowledge, qualifications and more effective movement in European culture and on the European labour market. The general objective of the project is to increase the competence of the organisation’s staff and to improve the quality and innovativeness of practices in working with adults. Planned activities within the project perfectly match the personnel needs of the organization and the expectations of the participants. The planned meetings will support the participants of the project in the field of acquiring workshop and social competences. This will allow us to achieve the objectives set out in the project’s findings and institutional development. The project assumes the organisation of three meetings. The first two meetings will involve direct participants, i. e. conductors and management of the organisation. They work in their organizations and want to exchange experiences, problems, develop joint solutions and workshop techniques for working with adults and activating this target group and teach other countries different methods of working with adults. The third meeting assumes joint mobility of adults, during which all the knowledge developed during the two previous meetings of the organisation’s staff can be transferred and tested on a group of indirect participants, i. e. adults who are members of choirs from the partner countries.
The chosen form of exchange of practices guarantees their quality through qualified staff and adaptation to the needs, objectives and results defined in the project. Spain and Norway have been selected for the place of the internship. The achievements and competences proposed by them meet the project assumptions and are an excellent perspective for prolonging the cooperation and maintaining the partnership. At the same time, they allow to learn about innovative methodological solutions. On the other hand, the chosen cultural area will give the participants, both directly and indirectly, the opportunity to observe a different style of work.
