Project Summary

The objective of the project was to develop and implement a coherent, complementary team of organizational, guidance and educational interactions aimed at increasing the importance of vocational schools and vocational education by promoting entrepreneurship and self-employment of young people as the basis for achieving economic and professional success.
The project promotes the development of key competences, an entrepreneurial attitude and self-development as guarantors of life and professional success.
This objective was achieved through:
1. Working out 3 results of intellectual work:
-Report “Vocational school students towards the adult world: labor market challenges and opportunities to support youth professional activity”
-An innovative entrepreneurship program for vocational school students
-Coaching model for young people choosing the path of vocational education
All results are available on the Erasmus + Project Results Platform and on the project website www.eduvet.eu
2. Implementation of activities related to learning, teaching and training:
-Training meetings – aimed at deepening knowledge of various aspects of vocational education, entrepreneurship and coaching in partner countries
-Training for teachers / coaches / trainers on the implementation of an innovative entrepreneurship program and a coaching model
-International workshops for young people during which an innovative entrepreneurship program and a coaching model
In total, 111 people from three partner countries of Poland, Italy and Germany took part in the training activities.
The direct impact of the project relates to increasing interest in the issues of vocational education, methods of integration of activities aimed at strengthening and developing entrepreneurship of young people in the processes of training formal vocational training institutions at various levels.
