Project Summary

Aim of the project is the development of communities, through their culture of feedback. During the programme we will work together with professionals, caretakers, teachers, youngs, on their personal, and institutional relation to feedback. We identify these strategies and habits and develop them according to the needs of the community and the individual, with the method of Playback Theater.

Partners will participate on survey to identify the currect culture and strategies. Using the gathered data the participants will join a training course of playback theater where they improve their skills of communication, cooperation, empathy, and they will have the opportunity to learn new methods in their work while learning about practical uses of Playback.

Durngthe project we document all the personal improvements, and with a creation of a studyfilm, and a handbook we will make the results, and experiences available.

In the second half of the project, in every participating country we will organise a Social Dialougue Theater, where working on a common goal involving the local community and stakeholders, we present the method and effect of Playback theater on the culture of fedback.
