Project Summary

The transnational triangle of good practice – the exchange of ideas, practice and methods among Polish, German and Spanish partners” project was based on the needs of two schools from Poland and Germany, assuming the use of experience in working with the youth of a partner from Spain and addressed to all employees and students attending to partner facilities in the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 school years.
The primary goal set by the partners of this project was the recognition and transparency of the effects of vocational training.
During the entire duration of the project, 6 youth mobility during vocational training was carried out, 4 short personnel trainings were held, in which EME employees took part and supported the youth mobility process, 1 short training of teachers from ZSLiT and RBB in Spain and one combined training of ZSLiT and RBB teachers with EME employees in Germany.
Teachers have developed class programs with detailed scenarios. They conducted lessons in vocational subjects using the guiding text method and their goal was to shape initiative attitudes motivating to persistent work for the acquisition of certified qualifications.
The set design goal has been achieved. Within two years, as a result of implementing mobility in the entire ZSLiT and RBB community, the need to obtain certified qualifications increased. This was diagnosed by the analysis of surveys conducted among students of both institutions as well as a quantitative analysis of the passing of examinations for professional qualifications. EME, on the other hand, had additional experience in the same scope as to organizing apprenticeships and trainings for difficult and socially withdrawn unemployed students.
The business partnership between ZSLiT, RBB and EME and entrepreneurs cooperating with the mentioned institutions, used in the course of implementing mobility, additionally made the project participants aware that their qualifications really help in the labor market. They make the employee have global opportunities.
In ZSLiT in the school year 2018/2019, 100% of eligible youth took the professional exams, of which the pass rate was at 85% taking into account the total school result. At RBB’s partner, 100% of those eligible took the exams and almost 90% of them passed the professional exam with a positive result. The third partner EME has implemented its experience to organize internships , thanks to which it overcomes attitudes presenting long-term social withdrawal occurring in long-term unemployed people and socially difficult youth, showing the usefulness and transparency of certified qualifications.
The results assumed in the project were worked out and achieved.
The data from the quantitative analysis are: increasing the number of people taking the qualification exam to 100% entitled, increase in the exam passing rate to 85% in ZSLiT and almost 90% in RBB. The teaching staff improved their skills in shaping initiative attitudes motivating to persistent work for the acquisition of certified qualifications, through participation in mobility and transfer of knowledge on training pedagogical councils and among subject teams.
Qualitative analysis shows that all relevant project stakeholders have improved their language skills in the use of a foreign language, the development of competences such as empathy, openness, tolerance, communication skills, ability to cooperate in a group, learning from each other, learning through experience, time management, team, resources, and project management by goals.
The project achieved its objectives and developed results such as project logo, project management presentation and project evaluation report. However, some of the targets were not achieved.

It was a publication of an e-book – a guide to methods and tools for shaping initiative attitudes among students on the Erasmus+ results platform (the e-book is at the development stage) and a publication of 6 professional projects on the eTwinning platform.

The last year of the project was marked by a crisis situation. With the help of the project supervisor from NA, solutions to the problem were worked out and all the proposed actions were implemented.
Through promotion in Land Office Krosno Odrzańskie, Stralsund, local press, website, project fun page, direct promotion in Spain and during plenary meetings with parents, the project impact was created at European level. Students through participation in and benefits of mobility have a real impact on their surroundings and transfer them to other nationalities by migrating project participants for professional, educational or private purposes. Employees effectively shape initiative attitudes in these and subsequent generations of students and employees. Due to the lack of restrictions on internet access, because the project is visible at national, European and even international level, as evidenced.
