Project Summary

The title of the consisting school cooperation project of the Slovenian comprehensive school OŠ Šentilj and the Austrian secondary school NMS Arnfels is “Let’s talk, sing and learn in Slovenian and German”.
The aim of this project is to bring students and teachers of the Slovenian and Austrian area of Steiermark / Štajerska in close contact. Historically seen this region has the same roots concerning culture, rural background and ancestors. The project wants to dissolve linguistic differences beyond the borders by intending the following common activities and performances:
– Getting to know each other by field trips and excursions.
– Music performances at Christmas and springtime.
– Language and communication training camps.
– Classroom settings to relevant topics.
