Project Summary
The project contributes to youth unemployment reduction through the sustainable development of work integration social enterprises (WISE) in Georgia and other Eastern Partnership countries. It aims at improving capacities of selected youth organizations’ social enterprises and their youth workers so that they become an important part of the school to work transition process for disadvantaged youth in their home countries and become able of sharing/exchanging knowledge and experience to other similar organizations in the region. It has three main expected results (intermediate objectives) to be achieved: Developed capacities of the selected youth organizations social enterprises youth workers; Developed network of the social enterprises and their support organizations with shared/open educational resources and virtual cooperation tools; and Established format for discussing experiences, of the acquired capacities application, and their policy implications.
