Dissemination event in Estonia
In October 30th, 2020, Nooruse Maja welcomed the Tallinna Rahvaülikool delegation. The biggest in Estonia adult education School director and two training managers went for study visit to Nooruse Maja premises. Nooruse Maja used this visit to share more about their experience in Erasmus projects, youth and adult education, and cultural events.
Moreover, Nooruse Maja had the opportunity to present the KA2 project “SustaiNEET” in which the organization is collaborating with other 3 partners from Spain, Italy and Bulgaria. The participants were introduced to the main objectives, activities and expected results. The “SustaiNEET MOODLE platform” and e-learning courses were presented as well as the “Comparison State of Art of youth workers and NEETs report” that was elaborated in the framework of SustaiNEET project. The participants were introduced to the purpose of the report that was to identify the current situation that youth workers face in their everyday practice while working with NEETs group.
In addition, Nooruse Maja workers and educatores have a tradition to visit similar organisations in other cities in Estonia. In small group they have time to go deeply to details, answer all questions and this way share and exchange an experience about their field of work.
