Project Summary

Entrepreneurship can be defined as activities related to the operation of bringing together production factors such as capital, natural resources, labor in order to produce goods and services by evaluating the opportunities in the market as having a business idea. Innovative and creative, Risk taking, Leading, Competitive thinking.Project aims to enhance skills and competences of youth on entrepreneurship in rural areas besides to provide the online training module and pilot trainings for youth by promoting them entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education. The goal of the project ; To train young people in rural ages between 18 and 30 years to develop their knowledge, skills and competences in relation to entrepreneurship, to contribute their social, personal, linguistic and professional development, to promote their talents, competent professions and to strengthen their job market and increase their employment. Cooperation should be done with international institutions and entities that will encourage young people in rural areas about entrepreneurship ,to take joint decisions, organize trainings, study and learn good examples in EU countries, expand their horizons, develop their knowledge, skills and abilities by modern, accessible Education Resources ,training programmes at the European level that will increase their visions and missions. Web-site ,Online book ,On-line Education Module , Curriculum , Handbook will be created by specialists and translated to each partner’s language.Short-term trainings for staff, pilot trainings for young people in rural, trainings of youth who wants to set a business in rural, trainings of personnel working on entrepreneurship of Youth or working in rural ,TPMs, multiplier events will be done. For TPM’s 3 executive persons of each partner organisation will participate.

We are 7 partners from institutions in Turkey, Poland, Greece and Spain which are specialized in youth and in entrepreneurship, or can encourage entrepreneurship of youth in rural . We have provided a partnership structure to strengthen cooperation between public institutions, NGOs, rural municipalities and similar institutions in EU countries to promote rural entrepreneurship, support entrepreneurship .The tasks and authorities of each Institution shall be determined at the beginning of the Project ,All partners will prepare activity plan and shall report to the Coordinating Authority about the activities it has done. Partner institutions are responsible for assisting the Coordinating agency in all matters related to the preparation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the project.Project will be supported by Transnational meetings, Corporate Meetings, Seminars, Workshops, Training activities, Presentation, posters, panels ,exhibitions, web page etc. All Partners will support and collaborate each other by sharing their activities, pictures, videos, on web page and on social sharing sites.From personnel working on Entrepreneurship of youth as trainer, consultant, mentor, 17persons will take Entrepreneurship training for 5 days in Greece ,16 persons will take Mentoring training for 5 days in Poland .For Pilot trainings,youth will be selected according to the capacity of partner institutions.All partners will work together to benefit from each other’s knowledge, experience, competence and expertise, contribute to the project, develop partnership without discrimination of race, sex, language, religion.

Youth living in rural can not easily access technologies and innovations far from the city center. Accessible , innovative educational resources will be provided for them .This project will contribute developing rural areas and creating new jobs to disadvantaged young people by providing them opportunity, guidance, training and necessary resources for entrepreneurship .For improving the youngs in rurals about entrepreneurship , trainings, seminars ,consultancywill be given by experienced youth workers who will take short-term trainings in EU country.

The development of rural areas, the increase of young entrepreneurs, especially in rural areas and the reduction of youth unemployment, the rejuvenation of the rural population, the use of efficient resources in rurals , the support of young rural entrepreneurship, the cooperation of local authorities with NGOs and related institutions to encourage entrepreneurship of young people,etc. are the desired impacts in longer term.As young people in rural areas have limited opportunities for their social and professional development, the knowledge, skills and competencies related to entrepreneurship will be improved, employment and innovation opportunities will be increased, and rural areas will be developed.It is expected that young people will socialize, develop their entrepreneurial skills , increase their job opportunities in rural areas, develop their self-esteem and reveal new ideas and professional skills.
