Mentorship skills have been exercised today! We had the presentation of the theory and one exercise for each one of these topics:

  • Flexibility and conflict management

We were able to put into practice exercises in groups and pairs for example drawing the “ideal” mentor, role-play exercises and group dynamics (example: “the border”) .
